Shipping & Delivery

Every Velorafuzz piece is handmade with care and prepared after your order is placed.

Handmade & Made to Order: Orders are prepared in the order they are received. Please allow 7–10 working days for preparation and delivery.

1 Processing & Delivery

Since our products are handmade, they are not ready-made stock. We begin preparing your order after it is confirmed and dispatch it once your items are completed and packed.

2 Courier Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery time may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3 Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional preparation time. If additional time is needed, we will let you know before proceeding with your order.
