Customized products cannot generally be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind after production has started.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control may not be the responsibility of Velorafuzz.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

For customized or high-value orders, Velorafuzz may require advance payment before production begins.
